Community standards

ChurchLore exists for serious, charitable learning. Comments should add evidence, ask an honest question, clarify a distinction, or engage the historical subject of the story.

Expected conduct

• Address claims and evidence rather than attacking another reader.
• Represent a historical person or tradition accurately before criticizing it.
• Do not post threats, harassment, slurs, spam, impersonation, or private information.
• Do not use comments for unrelated promotion or repetitive theological combat.

Moderation

Readers may report comments. Administrators may restrict commenting for a stated period and must provide the affected reader with a reason. A muted reader may continue reading, appreciating, saving, and reporting.
